I've been working hard for the last two weeks and have not lost a single pound. I have lost almost another inch off my waist, but no weight. I have been lifting... building muscle... but my weight loss has stopped for the time being.
I am now on Facebook -- or should I say back on Facebook. I joined in January 2007, so I have been on it for two years, I just never did anything with it. I found an old friend of mine named Gib Archer and sent a friend request to him. He moved to New Mexico several years ago to be close to a daughter. I haven't seen him since.
